Barbara Milano brings her clients a level of service guaranteed to exceed their expectations. Because each family or individual is unique, she tailors her service to meet each client's specific wants and needs while giving them the highest quality of representation in reaching their real estate goals. Previously a Customer Service Representative for Fortune 500 Company where my experience in Banking included Accounting, Residential Mortgage's and good communication skills. Barbara developed a skill for explaining complex financial details to clients in an easily understood manner,she met with customers and prospects and developed an understanding of financial objectives and needs .Today she uses that skill to help buyers and sellers understand real estate's often complex financial documents. Her love of helping people and the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of real estate lured her into becoming a REALTOR®. Barbara continues to take real estate classes on subjects such as negotiation and marketing in order to best serve her clients. Then she spends time researching to discover new and better ways to enhance her service with the most current resources and tools. When not assisting clients she enjoys running, working out, shopping and reading. She also gets satisfaction from cleaning and organizing, interior decorating, and staging. She and her husband been coming to South Carolina for many years originally from New Jersey and we made the move. We built a house in North Myrtle Beach, SC and we love it!
