Closing #2 of the day, and this one was so special! 🔑✨

What started as a simple Facebook message led us all the way to closing day today! They were packing up to leave the freezing New York winters behind, and after all the crazy bad luck they faced since leaving NY, I am so glad the tide finally turned and we officially got the keys into their hands to a place they can call their own!

Not only did we find the perfect spot for them, but I gained lifelong friends in the process. To top it off, we’re now living less than a mile away from each other! As soon as they put that new pool in, you already know I’ll be the first one jumping in! ☀️🏊‍♂️
