The biggest decision wasnāt choosing the house...it was choosing the club. ā³ļø
This past weekend, Jorden and I had the opportunity to spend two days touring golf communities with two couples from New York who have been lifelong friends for over 40 years.
Four months ago, we started with a list of more than 20 private club communities throughout Northern Palm Beach County and Martin County. Through lots of conversations, research, and getting to know what was most important to them, we narrowed the search to just three communities.
Over the weekend, we toured the clubs, explored homes, compared amenities, discussed membership structures, and, most importantly, talked about how each community *felt*.
Because hereās what Iāve learned...
Choosing a club community isnāt just about the golf course or the house. Every club has its own personality, membership structure, traditions, and social atmosphere. The best fit is the one that matches your lifestyle, your priorities, and where you can truly picture yourself making memories.
The house is important...but finding the community that feels like home is just as important.
A huge thank you to my teammate, Jorden Davis, and all of the club representatives and fellow Realtors who helped make this such an informative and productive weekend. It truly takes a team.
Now comes the fun part...seeing which community keeps calling them back.
