HomeGuard Services We offer a unique bespoke Home Watch Service while you’re away from your vacation home, rental pro Basic package itemized below.

This can be expanded to suit all property sizes and specifications
-Check all doors/windows are secured
-Visual check internally for water leaks, told, mildew, condensation
-Visually inspect for signs of insect/rodent infestation
-Check A/C is set to your requested setting and operating correctly(we can at additional cost install temporary monitoring to record temp/humidity over prolonged periods

and provide a report)
-Check main water valve is turned off after each inspection
-Check for tripped breakers and confirm water heater breaker is OFF
-Visually inspect internally through all your property including lanai & garage
-External inspection at ground level to check screening/signs of damage/vandalism/pool water levels
-A detailed HomeGuard Services report is issued after each inspection
