I no longer actively manage 55+ communities but am happy to offer consulting for owners or board members at an hourly rate.

I will keep my licensing current as a Florida real estate salesperson and as a Community Association Manager. My passion lives on in a healthy, slow and controlled manner!

Yesterday was nutty, informative and heart wrenching....I'd like to think I left Lazy River Village for the last time yesterday. After an amazing Legal update with MOGCI and the amazing Attorney Kevin Wells I ran over to LRV to take the lockboxes off of 2 homes that closed while I was out of town. On my way out I stopped to see 1 of the 3 Amigos, I had been given 3 of the most beautiful lap blankets with the same number of stitches as there are stars and stripes on the US flag. The 3 Amigos are WW2 veterans, they took the honor flight together. Amigo 1 told me he was getting old at 96, I got teary and emotional. My 1st year at Lazy River Village he turned 80! As I left, we hugged one more time. He stopped me to give me the beautiful hand carved duck he made. Just that morning a memory came up in FB, I'd taken a pic of ducks nesting and playing in His front yard! On to BMI continued education where I won a bottle of vodka with a label from a plumbing company...lol...I find myself wondering what the "vodka" actually is...coming from a plumber! Got some really cool information from NOOA, apparently they believe water will be a bigger problem than wind this hurricane season! Loving life...as always!
