Gregory was born in Denver, and lived most of his life in Vermont. He attended culinary school and earned a business degree from Champlain College. She also has a business degree, in administration and management. Together they moved to Sarasota in 1998, and in 2000, relocated to North Port. For the past years, they have been helping buyers and sellers as a highly successful team. They specialize
in residential sales, new homes and resales, as well as vacant land and commercial sales. Jeannie is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) which gives her the knowledge and expertise to assist borrowers who are struggling to keep their homes, find solutions to avoid foreclosure. They are raising their two girls in North Port, and have a son who is now a student at the University of Central Florida. In their spare time, they enjoy boating, fishing, and golfing.
