Dear Residents:
With the 4th of July coming up, we wanted to make sure all rules and expectations are communicated.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This helps us protect residents, pets, buildings, and the surrounding community while reducing the risk of injury and fire.
• Protect your property. Lock your vehicles, remove or secure valuables and personal belongings in your vehicle, and be sure to lock apartment doors and windows whenever you leave your home.
• Keep your pets safe. Keep your pets indoors during firework activity, ensure they have proper identification and secure collars, and create a quiet, comfortable space to help reduce pet anxiety.
• Follow pool rules for a fun-filled and safe weekend. Pool rules include but are not limited to:
◦ The pools will be monitored, but there is no active lifeguard on duty.
◦ No children under the age of 14 without an adult
◦ Pool passes must be with you
◦ No more than 2 guests per apartment
◦ NO smoking or alcohol in the pool area
◦ Diving is not permitted
◦ Pool hours are 10 AM – 9 PM
**Pool rules are posted in the pool area as well as in the addendum you signed at move-in.

** Office will be closed on the 3rd and 4th of July. We are still available for emergency work orders such as,
• Hvac: The outside temperature is 80 degrees
• Water leaking, NOT dripping
• Sewer backup
• Apartment flooding
• Loss of power in apartment/ building
• Clogged toilet in a 1-bathroom apartment
