Planning an upcoming summer move and have a question?

It’s FAQ Friday at Enclave at Hometown, where we answer some of the things future residents ask most.

Question:
What do I need to have ready before move-in?

Answer:
Before move-in, we’ll need your signed lease, verified renter’s insurance, electricity confirmation, and any remaining move-in balance completed prior to picking up keys. Our leasing team will also send helpful reminders along the way so you know exactly what is needed before move-in day.

If you’re thinking about making a move this summer and have a question of your own, feel free to reach out to the leasing team. We’re always happy to help.
