Happy Wednesday, everyone! It’s been a while since we’ve had a Pet of the Week, but we are back in the swing of things ✨👏🏼🤍 next up, we give you... TUNES! 🤍🐶🐭🐼
Tunes, or Luna, Looney Tunes, you name it, and it’s probably her name as well 🤍 she is a 6 1/2 year old toy Chihuahua that was found on Highway 183 in a box with her brothers & sisters. She was brought in to a local vet clinic by a kind citizen at just a day old, and her mom adopted her right then & there ✨😌 coming in at a whopping 3.5 pounds, it’s funny to think the clinic staff believed, at first glance, they had a box full of pit bull puppies!
Tunes was raised at this clinic, often accompanying her mama while napping in the pocket of her scrub top 🤍 she quickly became a clinic favorite! 6 1/2 years, moving from Dallas to Fort Worth to Azle, two homes, a husband, two baby girls, and she’s still right by her mama’s side 🤍 you are LOVED, Tunes! Let’s hear it for her, folks! 👏🏼✨

As stated in 🐨🤍: “As wildfires have killed at least 24 people, destroyed more than 1,400 homes and ravaged 15 million acres, they have also inflicted a grievous toll on Australia’s renowned wildlife. Hundreds of millions of animals, many found on no other continent, may have perished, according to some estimates, devastating the country’s unique ecosystems.

“We will have taken many species that weren’t threatened close to extinction, if not to extinction,” said Kingsley Dixon, an ecologist and botanist at Curtin University, in Perth.”

Meet Davey Crockett 🖤✨ the newest member of a family that loves him very much! He already has so many nicknames given to him by his mom, his dad, and his sisters. Names such as 🐊 Croc, Camo Croc, Crocodile, & so many more 🖤 this guy can EAT and CLIMB! He’s a rugged fellow with a softer side; he loves to be held like a baby 🖤 so happy you found your FURever home, sweet man! Let’s hear it for Davey Crockett! 🖤
