My primary goal is to deliver world class service and impact my clients in a positive way when they enter the real estate market. In order to do so I have developed over years of experience an approach that solves home owners unique problems for maximum impact. This results in a smooth selling process.
I provide Real Estate services to only 3 or 4 clients at a time. As homes close out and sellers have moved on I take on my next client. I maintain a waiting list most months of the year. In most cases my clients' homes close in 25 to 30 days once under contract.
