Closed FINALLY 🏠🎉! My client was amazing to work with. She listened to all of my recommendations & advice. Honestly probably one of my top 3 quickest clients on paperwork, anything that was asked of her she was on it quickly 💨. I couldn't ask for a better client.

-I got up at 7am to get dressed to hit the road to show houses at 9:30am... I just submitted offer docs to be signed and it's 11:23pm.
-Showed 6 houses
-Drove to Independence, OH to pick up a part for a shower at my rental property
-Went to my office around 2:30pm for a meeting which started around 4pm. Left my office around 7:30pm-8pm
-Got gas at Costco
-Dropped off the part at my rental
-Went home to eat soup & a PB&j sandwich
-Took a shower and started working on an offer
-In between all of that I was on the phone with agents discussing potential deals, communicating with my clients, lenders representing my buyer's, title office working on my deal that was supposed to close today
*AMONGST SEVERAL OTHER THINGS
-Time to finally go to sleep unless I get signed docs from my investor client for the offer I typed up 😵‍💫

Farmers struggle with the continuous rise of costs to operate and tariffs tells me one thing...out of desperation a lot of land will be coming up for sale in the near future. Hopefully this isn't intentionally being caused so that data center cooperations can cherry pick acres of land... My gut tells me otherwise. 🤷
FYI there are currently close to 100 data center projects expected to be built by 2030 ⚙️📈📊. In case you don't know, data centers are necessary to operate Ai and other techy stuff we all use BUT in order to generate the power for the data we use a ton of land, water, electricity etc is needed to operate the data centers. In other parts of our country there are citizens that are physically being harmed from the hazardous aspects of data centers. There are people that purchased properties near large farm land that they were never aware could potentially be a close data center that poisons the water they use, raises the price of utilities, and they simply cannot live in comfort because they hear buzzing and other noises constantly coming from these data centers.
I will admit that I am guilty of the use of Ai, I try to keep it minimal but we're all guilty in some way unless you live under a rock and don't use technology 🤷
