🏈 Friday — Bulldogs close the regular season at North Ridgeville. Falls is 7-2 after beating Midview 42-21. Playoff seeding on the line.

🎒 Wednesday 6-8pm — The Bulldog Experience at the high school. PreK-12 showcase. Best hour you can spend if you're new to the district.

🎶 Tuesday 7:30pm — Fall Choir Concert, HS auditorium. Free, about an hour, and that room sounds great.

📚 Friday — end of Q1, grades close. If you've got a kid at Falls, check the gradebook this week.

🗳️ On the ballot — the city wants to raise the income tax from 1.5% to 2.0%, and in exchange four property tax levies (3 fire, 1 police) would sunset. Early voting is already open ahead of Nov 3. Medina County: prices up 11.8% 📈
Cuyahoga County: up 3.7%
Lorain County: down 1.9% 📉

About 25 miles apart. That's a 13-point spread between two counties I work every week.

Now here's September, which just came out 👇

📌 Listings in the Cleveland metro are up 16.7% from a year ago
📌 21.1% of them have cut their price
📌 Rates hit 7.28% on Oct 1 — a year ago it was 6.34%
