After about 7 active years of residential real estate and over 100 transactions, it’s time for me to hang up the contracts for a while. I’m still licensed and very interested in real estate, but homeschooling our boys will be my primary focus during this season. Over the last several months, the Lord has been leading us to make this decision. So a few weeks ago, I quietly made the change.
For now I have returned to Howard Hanna’s referral brokerage and will act as a referral agent. What does this mean? While I will no longer be providing market analyses, showing houses, and writing contracts, I can still be a help to you. You are welcome to share your buying/selling plans, and I will be happy to refer you to an agent I personally know and trust. This warm hand off helps you get started confidently while helping me on the referral side at no additional cost to you.
So while I won’t be an active agent during this season of life (which does make me tear up a little 🥹), please don’t forget about me! If you or someone you know is looking to buy or sell, please reach out and I’ll still be happy to help however I can.
