Everyone has been warned regarding the upcoming major snow event. We understand your situations but keep in mind that every resident is important ... none more than the next. We understand that you may have meetings or doctor's appointments or things needed at the store . Please plan ahead today and make sure you have taken care of these needs or called to cancel.
This snow event has been predicted to be worse than our last as we will have freezing rain along with the heavy snow accumulation.
The primary focus will be on keeping the main roads in the communities clear. Driveways will be plowed next and sidewalks are to be cleared last. Please bear in mind that the labor force to do manual shoveling has been very scarce for most snow removal vendors. If you park in your driveway, please understand that your driveway may not get cleared. We ask all residents to park in the garage when possible.
Snow removal vendors are to communicate any breakdowns and/or delays to KareCondo. We will communicate this information to you as we receive it. Please understand that calling our office multiple times for an update only hinders our ability to get the information out. If all our phone lines are continuously bogged down with calls about what we all already know is happening, it only slows us down while helping no one. Please understand that we are communicators and not snow plowers. We met with the snowplow vendors to discuss strategies for overcoming the storm, but by no means do we run their companies.
Thank you for your help as we prepare to endure another snowstorm. We kindly ask that you be patient and respectful of the crews, KareCondo and your Board members throughout this event. We will get through this together.
