Officially SOLD! 🏡

Bittersweet saying goodbye to our personal home and all the memories made here, but we’re so happy to get it done and excited for the buyers to start their own chapter in it. Grateful for the journey and looking forward to what’s next.

Our real estate team is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant to join us!

This is a remote, contracted (W9) position with occasional in-person meetings for training and team check-ins.

What we’re looking for:
• Daytime availability on weekdays (occasional weekends)
• Strong communication skills – must be professional and responsive with clients
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable creating and managing weekly schedules for our appraisers (schedules will vary week to week)
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Bonus qualities (not required, but a plus):
• Experience with customer service or administrative support
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with calendars, scheduling tools, and basic office software
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Real estate experience is not required — we’re happy to train the right person!

Pay is negotiable, with opportunities for growth and increased income over time.

The last few months have been BUSY in the best way! Happy New Year btw! 😅🫣

We’ve had the privilege of closing multiple deals with some truly amazing buyers and sellers, and we are so thankful for the trust you continue to put in us. On top of that, we’ve been staying busy with appraisal work, both residential and commercial. Which has kept our days full and our coffee strong!

And we’ve got some exciting news coming to town…
We’ve officially rented out part of our office space to host another small business! We love being able to support local growth and can’t wait to share more details soon.

As we wrap up another year, we are incredibly thankful for our clients, colleagues, and community. This year brought new opportunities, challenges, and many successful real estate sales and appraisals, and none of it would be possible without your trust and support.
