Our laundry room needed a facelift.

We ripped out the old floor, installed new plumbing, new electrical, new ductwork and new flooring. Then we added another brand new set of washer and dryer.

Hang a few decorative items and voila, a fresh and clean laundry area for the tenants.

Every year we do some sort of upgrade to the building in an effort to make life just a little bit better for the building community. This was the perfect indoor project to tackle as this winter has been frigid.

Now we look to the Spring and the list of outdoor projects.

If you have been following our posts, you will know that we have been hard at work completely renovating a two bedroom unit. This was a floor to ceiling total renovation. Everything in the unit is brand new; brand new bathroom, brand new kitchen. You will be the first person to occupy this unit. Pet friendly!

Unit 1D, a two bedroom on the first floor, is beginning to take shape! We gutted everything out of this apartment, even the walls and the subfloor. Everything is brand new. From the electrical to the stainless steel appliances.
This is going to be the coziest unit in the building. With 11' tall ceilings, the windows are huge! Once the kitchen is done, the whole unit will just pop! Spoiler alert: the backsplash is going to be marble!

Stay tuned for more updates. The goal is to have it ready by April 1st!

The academy apartments are under construction. We have gutted a first floor 2 bedroom unit and it is now time to rebuild.
A small load of building materials is being delivered at 1:30 today. (2x4's and insulation) If there are two to four able bodied individuals that would like to swing by at 1:30 and help bring materials inside the first floor, that would be great!

We have a second floor, three bedroom apartment that will be available April 1st. The unit is currently occupied so we will not be showing it until the tenant leaves on March 31. It is extremely rare for this unit to become available, so we have never had the need to create a video tour, or get lots of photos of the interior. However, we will make it a point to get photos on April 1st.
