I have done dozen's of real estate transactions in various forms and have evaluated thousands of homes in every neighborhood in both the Rochester and Buffalo markets. I originally got my license primarily to help with my investment business but recently have been helping friends and family with their real estate needs. I've found that many of the skills I have acquired as an investor come in hand
y when guiding a client in the buying or selling process of real estate. Market analysis and how well a house shows is key to selling. Finding the perfect price to come in at to generate the most traffic, marketing the home to get people to walk through when listed and having the house look great when they walk through are all things I have been focusing on in my business and are all things that will get you top dollar when you sell. Buying a house will always be among the most important decisions people make in life. Making a large investment like that comes with a degree of risk if the home you purchase has hidden problems that can either cost you a lot of money or take away from the living experience. I have ran into almost every issue imagined in my RE ventures and have the foresight need to make a smart purchase. That's not just thinking about the homes condition with my renovation knowledge. But street traffic, different insurances needed for areas, taxes, variances, school districts, community info, etc. are all things that are needed to be mapped out before making such a large purchase.
