Bella Vista accommodates 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms ( 2 master suites ) and 3.5 baths. The top level master king bedroom has a its own bathroom with a whirlpool bath tub plus a separate shower. The second floor queen master also has an on-suite bathroom complete with a full sized shower and tub as well as direct access to an ocean front deck. Bedroom #3 has a queen sized bed and Bedroom #4 provides a twin over full bunk bed and full sized futon. Both of these bedrooms open to a shared balcony with unobstructed views of the Sound. Bathroom #3 has a full sized shower/tub and new high capacity washer and dryer. Don’t spend your vacation washing and drying. The washer has a speed cycle of 15 mins for smaller loads and can handle approx. 10 full sized bath towels at once.
Completing the home is an upgraded full sized kitchen with newer cookware, utensils small appliances, new higher end convection/air fryer stove (new 2020) & ultra-quiet dishwasher (new 2019).
Bella Vista is used frequently by the owners and as such they have decorated and stocked the house as if it were their primary residence. It is a great value and rents quickly for its limited availability.
