So excited to say my buyers are officially UNDER CONTRACT on this beautiful home! 🏡❤️

This one is extra special to me. I had the opportunity to help my buyer’s dad sell his property, and through that experience, my buyer and his fiancée chose to trust me when it came time for their own home-buying journey. That truly means so much to me. There’s no greater compliment than someone seeing the way you work and deciding they want you in their corner too!

We found the perfect home for their little family, and one of the options available to them was a $15,000 down payment assistance program. Okay y’all, this one surprises a lot of people. 👀

If you’re selling your home and you get multiple offers, the highest offer isn’t always the BEST offer.

Of course price matters, but there’s a whole lot more I’m looking at with my sellers, financing, due diligence, seller concessions, contingencies, closing timeline, appraisal risk… all of it matters.

Sometimes an offer that’s a little lower on paper can actually be the stronger offer.

That’s why you look at the WHOLE offer, not just the biggest number at the top. 🏡

Real estate has a whole lot of little details that most people don’t know about until they’re actually in the middle of it. 😂
