We’re Hiring:
Lawn Care Crew Leaders
• $22–$27/hr (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday 7am–4pm (additional/flexible hours as needed)
• Full-Time

Lawn & Landscape Crew Members
• $16–$24/hr (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm (additional/flexible hours as needed)
• Full-Time or Seasonal
• Snow removal opportunities available during winter months

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong work ethic
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience in commercial lawn care preferred, not required
✔ Ability to operate equipment such as zero turns, walk-behinds, edgers, and trimmers

For Crew Leaders:
• 2–3 years of commercial lawn care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to obtain Medical DOT card
• Strong leadership and communication skills

LAWN & LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER
We are a growing, fast-paced full-service lawn, landscape maintenance, and snow removal company seeking a full-time Lawn Care Crew Leader. The preferred candidate is an energetic, highly motivated individual with experience in the lawn and landscape industry.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience ($16-$24hr)
Position type: Full time/Seasonal.
Location: Northampton, PA
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm additional/flexible hours as required.
As a Searock’s "Lawn & Landscape Crew Member" you will report directly to your assigned crew leader.
Essential duties:
> Operate lawn maintenance equipment including, but not limited to, edger, line trimmer, walk behinds and zero turns.
> Cuts lawns.
> Trims and edges around walks, flower beds and walls.
>Prunes shrubs to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves and branches.
>Cleans grounds and removes litter.
>Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs.
> Waters lawns and shrubs.
> Performs other duties as assigned.
>Assist landscape division as needed.
> Snow removal as needed during winter months.
Qualifications
Education:
> High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
Work experience:
> 2-3 years’ experience in commercial lawn care preferred.
>Ability to operate Exmark Turf Tracers and Exmark Laser's.
Knowledge/Skills/Licensing:
> Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
>Reliable transportation.
> Detail oriented.
> Strong work ethic
