Hathaway Farms

A beautiful residential rental community where you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors with our manicured landscaping as well as the recently updated interiors featuring bright, airy floorplans with large expansive windows, berber carpeting, ceramic tile flooring, window treatments, washer/dryer hookups (appliances available) and fully appointed kitchens. Located on the banks of the Connecticut River in Western Massachusetts, Northampton with its population of 30,000, has gained national attention as one of the best places to live in New England. Recently named the number one city in the country for the arts in John Villain's book, 100 Best Small Arts Towns in America, the city is also known for it's cultural amenities, education, entertainment and cuisine. Throughout the City and The 5-College area you will find many theaters offering movies and plays, and a wide range of music events. The Academy of Music, a restored 19th century opera house, is the Commonwealth's only municipally-owned theater. It features daily movies and live entertainment. Situated on about 20 private acres, Hathaway Farms is adjacent to the Jackson Street Elementary School and is within a short walking distance of the Northampton High School and Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School. The Northampton Public School system was recently rated by Offspring Magazine as one of the top 100 performing school districts in America in its study of almost 16,000 school districts. In real estate, there is a saying that location is everything and everything is what you have at Hathaway Farms.
