This was a tricky one. These sellers have been needing to sell their home for some time. Due to extenuating circumstances, they were struggling to get it ready for the market. Through serendipity and good fortune, there was an agent and buyer who were able to put together an offer that made life easier for the sellers and a winning situation for the buyers. I love when things like this work out.
