Ah... Realtor life. Today started with a showing waaay out in Berkshire County almost in in Lee. Followed by a listing appointment waaaay out in Shutesbury (stay tuned, coming in September). I am grateful for the work, as well as for beautiful back road drives and audio books.

I am very grateful to have been part of this transaction. The Sellers were leaving their childhood home, selling on behalf of their parents. Almost 50 years of history had to be cleared out, several dumpsters worth. Additionally, they were wise to take my advice and have a pre-sale inspection, which alerted them to some serious issues they needed to address prior to listing, making the house much more appealing to buyers as well as a smoother transaction. The new stewards of this home are thrilled for their next chapter, as are their children. I love my job!
