This one is for the books!!! Yes... that is snow in the photos... Realtors often joke that we should have a coffee table book of the random and unusual things and issues we experience. This one had them ALL, and none of them were any one persons fault or responsiblity. It's just how things happened. It was a cascade of events, a *series of unfortunate events*, and took over 6 months to close. I am beyond grateful for ALL parties on both sides for sticking it out.
