Oh hey, IG fam - nice to see you! Been fielding some questions recently and thought I’d pop by to say yes, I’ve been taking a little break from real estate and social media.
It’s no secret the past few years have been challenging. Some folks have struggled to keep their businesses going and some - like myself - have really benefitted from the unfortunate events of 2020+
Grateful to have grown my business to what I consider a success (though I’m no top producer), that too has taken a toll. All that success and community building took place while also caring nearly full-time for our two kiddos (then 2 + 5, now 6 + 8!) while they were out of school. No complaints - I’m eternally grateful for everything we have in life and the connections we’ve made and that time together.
I realized late last year I had reached burnout. I was getting frustrated with clients, my kids, and my partner and no one was getting my best which is a bummer ‘cause my best is real good. I feel like I can say that now.
So I’m taking some time. Doing all the mom things, the friend things, the family things, the partner things. Trying to build myself back up so I can return to the arena as a top notch community-building Realtor because I really love doing it.
