When an old friend recommends me to clients to sell their mom's house after she passed, of course I'm happy to do so! Mom took exceptional care of her home, and now it's ready for its new owner. Move-in ready, close to Florence center and steps away from the Sawmill Hills Conservation Land! Open House tomorrow (Sat), 12-2. Come see!

Very happy for my Sellers on the sale of this wonderful home that they owned for 35 years! It was an emotional journey for them, and I was happy to be their navigator through it all.

Walk to downtown!

A character-rich 1893 home tucked into one of Northampton's most walkable neighborhoods. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and roughly 2,500 square feet, this one has the kind of craftsmanship you don't find in new builds.

Inside, hardwood floors run throughout, the coffered 9-foot ceilings give the main level real presence, and the eat-in kitchen anchors the home with a farmhouse sink and plenty of cabinet space.

First-floor laundry is a nice modern convenience layered into the historic charm. Upstairs, the finished attic is a story all its own, with reclaimed barnboard walls and floors made from old local high school bleachers. Out back, a fully fenced yard with a patio gives you private outdoor space just minutes from downtown shops, restaurants, and the bike path.

Sunny, adorable and affordable house in South Amherst!

A classic South Amherst home with original character and a setting that's hard to beat. Built in 1956, this 4-bedroom, 1-bath sits on roughly three quarters of an acre with mature trees, flowering shrubs, and views of the Holyoke Range from the backyard.

Inside, original hardwood floors run throughout. The first floor features the main bedroom, a tiled bath, and a dining room ready for family gatherings. The living room faces west, so you'll catch sunsets year-round. The eat-in kitchen has handcrafted cabinets and looks out over the backyard. Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms, one with built-ins, plus generous storage tucked under the eaves.

Step outside to a small deck off the kitchen and a yard with room for entertaining, gardening, and just about anything else. The septic system has been newly replaced, which is a nice piece of mind for any buyer.

Location is the cherry on top. You're just up the street from the South Amherst Common, Munson Library, and South Amherst Church, with Crocker Farm school, the Norwottuck Rail Trail, and miles of conservation land all nearby.

Happy Spring, everyone! After that long, cold, snowy winter, your thoughts may be turning to getting your home ready for the spring and summer Real Estate season and getting "top dollar" for your investment. I'm now a member of Homes.com and am happy to share this helpful article on "Ten steps for selling your home" for the market. Helpful hints from Heloise (oh wait, that's another blog!). Of course nothing beats an in-home visit from a professional, so if you're thinking of selling this year (or even next year), give me a call/text or email and I'd be happy to come over and give you personalized advice! 413-320-1162 or [email protected]
