I'm so excited to share that my client, the Town of Northborough, MA, will be soliciting Requests for Proposals for the redevelopment and reuse of the former White Cliffs Mansion.  This is a generational opportunity to redevelop an irreplaceable and architecturally significant property in downtown Northborough. White Cliffs is an 18,000+- square foot Queen Anne style mansion that sits on more than 7-acres of land and had most recently been used for hospitality, events, and food service. The Town will issue the RFP within the coming weeks and expects robust interest from a variety of real estate developers, end users, and prospective owners of this remarkable property.
