Just Sold 🫶🏽🫶🏽 🏡

This closing was an extra special one for me. Ginny has been a longtime friend, and I was honored when she and her fiancé DJ trusted me to help them sell not 1 but both of their homes so they could start their next chapter together in one new home.

Coordinating a purchase that was contingent on the sale of two homes takes strategy, experience, and a lot of moving pieces. I worked closely with them every step of the way to structure everything in a way that made them feel comfortable financially while staying close to family. They are walking. In this home with instant equity!!

In just a few months they’ll be welcoming twin boys, and Ginny’s 12-year-old is starting a fresh new chapter alongside them. I’m so excited for their growing family and the beautiful memories they’ll create in this new home.
