Definitely not recommended.
We hired Mina solemon to do a basement renovation and we agreed that everything has to have a permit from the town but he failed to provide such. We stopped the project since he is not able to finish permits. He took $15,000 and he did not complete the job and refused to refund the rest of the money.he did only frame when I ask about how much frame only cost $6000 .We found out that he's not licensed and he's not allowed to contract in Massachusetts

استأجرنا مينا سليمان لتجديد قبو منزلنا، واتفقنا على ضرورة حصول كل شيء على تصريح من البلدية، لكنه لم يُقدّمه. أوقفنا المشروع لعدم قدرته على إتمام التصاريح. تقاضى 15,000 دولار، ولم يُكمل العمل، ورفض ردّ المبلغ المتبقي. اكتفى بتركيب إطار عندما سألته عن تكلفة الإطار، والتي بلغت 6,000 دولار فقط. اكتشفنا أنه غير مرخص وغير مخوّل بالتعاقد في ماساتشوستس.
