, Day 89: Today we highlight using as a sustainable design feature for one of the Emerald Built Environments LEED Gold Certified projects. Harbor Bay Ventures developed one of the nation’s largest mass timber buildings in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood, covering 350,000+ sf and 298 apartments. This building’s embodied carbon is equal to solar production on 3.5 football fields.

Thank you Cleveland 2030 District, AIA Cleveland and USGBC Ohio for touring Intro Cleveland with us yesterday! We are honored that INTRO received the Green Building Challenge Overall Winner Award and look forward to continuing to build communities with the highest sustainability standards.

Last night, we joined with our partners AIA Cleveland Ashrae Cleveland USGBC Ohio for a great tour of the Green Building Challenge overall winner: INTRO. Thanks to our event host Harbor Bay Ventures and event sponsors DLR Group and CaptiveAire Corporate. It was a great tour and happy hour at Pioneer afterward.

The alley between the future Jolly Pumpkin Cafe & Brewery East Lansing location and Pinball Pete's - East Lansing will soon be home to a new public art mural by traveling muralist Lauren Asta!
