There are some closings that feel a little extra special, and this is one of them.

I’ve known these two since they were kids, helped them buy their first home several years ago, and now had the privilege of helping them find their “forever home” for their growing family.

In a market where great homes move fast, we found “the one” and successfully navigated a multiple-offer situation with 10 offers on the table. But what I’ll remember the most isn’t the competition…it’s seeing this sweet family get the house they truly wanted.
