The Knowles Company is seeking a Rental Agent to support our Rentals Department. This position is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career in vacation rental management. The Rental Agent plays a key support role in day-to-day rental operations and will work alongside our team of five full-time Senior Rental Agents.

This role is primarily focused on managing Airbnb communications and booking requests, with lease-writing responsibilities limited to Airbnb reservations only. In addition to Airbnb support, the Rental Agent serves as primary administrative support to our Listing Agent.

Base Salary $18,000-$22,000, dependent on experience.
Pay is primarily via commission earned. This position does not currently qualify for healthcare benefits.
