Although, not as many homes sold, the average sales price reached $284,191, a 6.4% increase from $267,187 posted in February 2024. (All of Ohio)

According to this data provided by the "Multiple Listing Services" and presented by Michelle Billings, Ohio REALTORS president, this shows that purchasing a home in Ohio is still a strong investment, and that demand for homes in Ohio remains to be high.
