Coming Soon to Northfield, pending final city approval: New housing project, Heritage Lofts
Heritage Lofts, a three story, 100 unit apartment project to be located at 2150 Declaration Street, Northfield, is in its final planning stages according to owner/developer Dr. T. S. Turna of Nexus Outreach and the development and design services of Twin Cities based Anderson Companies.
President and CEO, Greg Anderson, explained “this project will bring much needed market-rate and affordable housing to this vibrant area and the amenities today’s renters require in their living environment.”
Conveniently located near Target, medical/dental clinics, grocery and other retail stores and restaurants, each unit will feature its own washer-dryer, energy-efficient lighting and HVAC controls. The project also boasts access to the following amenities: underground heated parking, outdoor playground with green space including native species, outdoor patio with fire pit and barbecue grills, and more (all listed on our page).
Dr. Turna looks forward to bringing Heritage Lofts to reality for a community he greatly admires and enjoys. The project has a proposed construction schedule of 18 months. Pending final approvals, ground breaking will begin this fall and following anticipated projections, grand opening in the spring of 2023.
