Being a first-time homebuyer in this market can be TOUGH. Alex and Brendan stuck it out and after a few rejected offers...they're under contract on this beautiful home in St. James! They actually started out as the backup offer and last week I got the surprising call that the first accepted offer fell through. I'm so happy for them and grateful they were referred to me (it was destiny because they met at Binghamton University just like my husband and I did!).
