Get you a Realtor that will do WHATEVER it takes to get that deal to the closing table!! We got a phone call 5 days before my clients appraisal was to be done, that said the pool had to be cleaned up and in working condition or it would definitely not pass, but there was no way that was going to happen, especially if I could do something about it……so what do my fiancé, my 2 kids, myself and my clients family do? We get to work on a pool and the area around it that hasn’t been cleaned or up and running in possibly 10+ yrs. We busted our tails a few hrs every evening until dark, after work, kids practices and after all of our other “life” obligations were handled and we got it DONE!!!!
So if you are wanting a Realtor that will definitely do WHATEVER it takes to get your home to the closing table, whether it be cleaning out and around a pool, emptying out a full basement with years and years of clutter the night before closing or bringing you totes and helping pack up and load all of your personal belongings that you are taking because you are closing in 5 days……I’m your girl!
