Just Sold I would like to thank and congratulate my client for the successful sale of his home. The seller was directly approached by several buyers/investors prior to our listing appointment. Fortunately, he decided to list with me. He received multiple offers above list price both cash and conventional. This Friday he closed escrow ~70k higher than the highest off market offer he received before meeting with me.
