I pride myself in my ability to build and nurture relationships with others as I take them through the journey of new home ownership. Whether it’s someone shopping for their first home, move-up home, second home, or even retirement home, I truly enjoy providing my customers with all of the information they need to make the right decision for them. More often than not, I’ll educate and demonstrate the homes and community I work in, and my prospects come back to me wanting to purchase! I treat people the way I want to be treated, and so far that has been the simplest and rewarding way for me to do business. In addition to the customer relations side of new home sales, there is also a balance of community management, working hand in hand with corporate management, mortgage, escrow, marketing, construction, vendors, and outside brokers and agents. My greatest satisfaction is knowing that people I have worked with truly love the communities and homes where they purchased from me.
