I spent 6 years as an appraiser during which time I gained great knowledge and experience in determining market values in a vast geographical area including all of Los Angeles county and many parts of Ventura and Orange county. In 1995 I became interested shifting my Real Estate career from appraisals to the more personal and gratifying aspect of the field- sales. So, I earned my California Real Estate Salesperson License at the end of 1995 and set off immediately helping friends and family with their Real Estate needs. Since then I have gone on the journey with hundreds of clients including first time buyers, past clients who are now selling their homes, referrals from clients and investors. And, I can truly say that I love helping both sellers and buyers to go through this difficult, confusing and emotional process. So, let me help you!
