By offering you both of these GUARANTEES in writing we can enter into a professional relationship in which you can feel piece of mind and know that you are working with an agent you can trust. I spent 6 years as an appraiser during which time I gained great knowledge and experience in determining market values in a vast geographical area including all of Los Angeles county and many parts of Ventura and Orange county. In 1995 I became interested shifting my Real Estate career from appraisals to the more personal and gratifying aspect of the field- sales. So, I earned my California Real Estate Salesperson License at the end of 1995 and set off immediately helping friends and family with their Real Estate needs. Since then I have gone on the journey with hundreds of clients including first time buyers, past clients who are now selling their homes, referrals from clients and investors.
