“Would you stage your home before selling?”

Last Tuesday, I attended a very informative “Staging to Sell” continuing education class, and the stats were eye-opening.

The instructor shared comps showing staged homes often sold for higher prices — even here in Michigan. She also stressed that discussing staging with sellers should be part of a Realtor’s fiduciary responsibility.

Like a good movie, I’ll be taking this class again this fall… because continuing to learn is one of the best ways I can better serve my clients. 🏡✨
