Not all sales are created equal! 🏡 This property was owned by a investment group that doesn't visit the area. 🧐 So I had to be there for everything, including the home inspection 📐, appraisal 💸, well and septic 💩inspections. I also had the appraiser flag 🚩some items that needed to be completed before we could close. So I hired a team 👫that I knew could get the job done, made sure the work was completed in a timely fashion ⏳ and satisfactory to the appraiser. We are starting our year off with a bang! This particular sale challenged me in every sort of way possible as a person and Real Estate Agent. This listing 🏠 was on the market for 89 days 📆 until we got a multi offers over a weekend. I can’t explain it but it has happened more than once in my over 8 year career as a Realtor, a listing can sit on the market for weeks then BAM, multi offers! 🕺🏻

With many issues that didn’t have anything to do with the house itself, we finally closed on the property 4 months later. This sale renewed why I got into this industry, to help my clients.
