Not all sales are created equal! 🏡 This property was owned by a investment group that doesn't visit the area. 🧐 So I had to be there for everything, including the home inspection 📐, appraisal 💸, well and septic 💩inspections. I also had the appraiser flag 🚩some items that needed to be completed before we could close. So I hired a team 👫that I knew could get the job done, made sure the work was completed in a timely fashion ⏳ and satisfactory to the appraiser.
