Two offices, one Lakeshore team, and plenty of ideas to go around!

Our Muskegon and Holland crews came together last week for their quarterly meeting to look back at the previous quarter, share ideas, and set goals for the rest of 2026.

We love getting these teams in the same room. Different perspectives, shared goals, and a whole lot of people who care about doing great work!

Let’s finish 2026 with a bang, Lakeshore!

An obstacle course at work? All part of getting winter-ready!

Our Lakeshore team got hands-on at our Holland facility to practice navigating ground obstacles and watching for low-hanging wires during snowy weather.

Trainer Deondre worked with our movers and drivers while Operations Manager Brett adjusted the height of a simulated overhead line during backing exercises. Drake talked through ground obstacles with Deondre, Brennan reviewed hand signals, and CJ put the training into action!

We love seeing our crew learn together and sharpen their skills. Winter will be here before we know it, and preparation starts now!
