THE VISION HAS AN ADDRESS.
125 Atwells Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island.
This moment is bigger than signing a lease. It is the physical manifestation of faith, leadership, partnership, and a vision I can no longer postpone.
Throughout my career, I have been a hands on leader. I have built teams, nurtured talent, developed people, and helped others recognize possibilities within themselves that they could not always see.
Helping people grow has always been part of my purpose.
Yet, while encouraging others to pursue their dreams, I continued placing my own vision on hold. I kept waiting for the right moment, allowing others to move forward first, and telling myself there would always be more time.
Then life forced me to become still.
I have been on leave since May 31, and now the store where I built my career as a leader is closing. If I wanted to remain in that world, I would have to reapply for another position.
What could have felt like uncertainty began to feel like confirmation.
My mother said to me, “God is telling you to take the leap of faith.”
Deep down, I knew she was right.
Sometimes a door closes because God has already prepared another one, but we must have enough faith to release what is familiar before we can walk into what is next.
Today, I am proud to announce that the lease has officially been signed for our new Rhode Island office at 125 Atwells Avenue in Providence.
This new location represents a powerful joint venture between Luxe Living Realty Group, the Bascom Group, and eXp Realty LLC. It will be a home for leadership, education, collaboration, opportunity, and service. Most importantly, it will be a place where people are empowered to grow, build, and create lasting legacies of their own.
What makes this chapter even more meaningful is the person I have the opportunity to build it with.
Scott Bascom entered my journey as my leader. Through time, trust, and shared experiences, he became my mentor. He challenged me, believed in my abilities, respected my leadership, and gave me room to operate in my own excellence.
Today, I am honored to call him my business partner.
Scott, thank you for seeing the vision, recognizing my potential, and trusting me enough to build alongside me. We have shared strategy, honest conversations, ambitious ideas, and an unwavering belief in what is possible when the right people come together with purpose.
Now, that vision has an address.
The road here was not easy. There were setbacks, delays, disappointments, and moments that tested both my patience and my faith. There were people who believed in the vision, people who questioned it, and some who could only support it when they believed they would benefit from it.
Every experience served a purpose.
The resistance strengthened me.
The delays prepared me.
The disappointments sharpened my discernment.
The journey revealed who was truly meant to walk beside me.
To my family, friends, supporters, mentors, business partners, and everyone who listened when this was still only an idea, thank you. Thank you for believing in me, encouraging me, and reminding me of who I was during the moments when I questioned what was ahead.
I have spent years unlocking doors and building dreams for others.
Now, through the grace of God, I am walking through a door connected to my own purpose.
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” Proverbs 16:3
I am releasing the fear.
I am letting go of the hesitation.
I am trusting God’s direction.
I am finally giving my own vision the discipline, leadership, and commitment that I have always given to everyone else.
This is more than a new office.
This is faith becoming visible.
This is leadership evolving into ownership.
This is the beginning of a legacy.
A new era of leadership.
A powerful new partnership.
A higher standard of excellence.
I am here now.
