After so many years of doing this, it’s pretty clear that every time I put my clients interests before mine, we win together.

Who knows somebody looking to sell their home? I’m behind on my June numbers.

Shopping for a house is the most fun part of the home buying process, but sometimes the excitement can color our decisions.

Sacrificing a commute is something we see every day for people to get into the market and generally, I fully support driving further to get the home that you want, but not at the expense of your family and mental health.

Sacrifices are worth making, but you have to understand the lifestyle you choose when deciding where to buy a house.

would you rather live in a smaller home closer to where you work or a larger home and drive a bit further?

One of our recent sales proved something I’ve always known to be true. When you put the client first, you always win.

Whether I’m the first Real Estate Agent they call or the second, my goal is to help and it is our fiduciary duty to place the clients needs before our own. It’s a responsibility I appreciate it and am grateful for.

With everyone having so many conversations every day, I’m finding it more and more important to record them or take much clearer notes.

In this industry we talk to so many people every day It’s easy to lose track of those conversations but with technology, and a little bit of purpose, We have a lot less excuse to not keep track of things.

Are you recording your conversations?

🏡 Thinking about buying a home "someday"?

One of the biggest mistakes I see is waiting until you're ready to buy before exploring your options.

The truth is, a lot can change in six months.

Interest rates change.
Loan programs change.
Your financial situation can change.

The buyers who are in the best position when the right home comes along are usually the ones who started the conversation early.

Even if you're not planning to buy today, it never hurts to find out what's available to you and what steps you can take now to prepare for the future.

A little planning today can open a lot of doors tomorrow. 🔑🏡

Have questions about buying? Send me a message. I'd be happy to help.

We are always our own worst enemies, and sometimes our eyes see things that aren’t really there.

This is a gentle reminder to love yourself and give yourself grace.

Trust your realtor. A good agent has experience, trusted vendor relationships, market knowledge, and multiple transactions behind every recommendation they give you. 🏡

For sellers, one of the smartest investments is simple:
✔️ Fresh paint
✔️ Updated flooring
✔️ Minor cosmetic improvements

Those updates usually create the biggest impact with buyers and can absolutely help maximize your return.

And if you’re buying your first home, don’t wait until the last minute to start preparing financially. The earlier you plan, the smoother the process becomes. 🔑

Happy 36th Birthday to my favorite son, Krys ❤️

From a young age, you always had a mind searching for the next challenge, the next level, the next success. And watching you grow into the man you are today, has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

You didn’t just dream big… you conquered Mount Everest. But what makes me the proudest is not the mountain you climbed, it’s the man you became through every obstacle, every adversity, and every challenge life placed in front of you.

Today, you are an incredible husband to Paige, an amazing father to Hendriks and Porter, and a man who continues to rise higher no matter what comes your way.

I am beyond proud of you. And knowing your heart and determination, I know there is still so much more for you to conquer in this life.

Happy Birthday, I love you dearly❤️

Some condos feel small the second you walk in.
This one doesn’t.

Officially a 1 bedroom, but currently configured like a 3 bedroom with two spacious upstairs loft areas that work perfectly for kids’ rooms, guest space, or a home office setup.

Recently refreshed with new paint, carpet, updated finishes, in-unit laundry, and a private balcony surrounded by streams and mature trees that give the community a peaceful feel that’s hard to find in this price range.

Residents also enjoy gated access, a pool, and two tennis courts all within one of Norwalk’s most unique condo communities.

Visit us at the open house Friday from 3PM–6PM or Saturday & Sunday 12PM–3PM or “send us a DM for more information.
