How do you feel about the 5 story, 190 apartment building proposed to be built on Colonial Circle? I was very disappointed when I learned Hubbell Realty went to the City Council to ask for rezoning of the property to build a 55+ apartment building. Two weeks later the property was sold…..coincidence? I think not. Thank you Hubbell for throwing Legacy properties under the bus.
