With every design comes hundreds of decisions, each one shaping how a space looks, feels, and functions. For this soon to be newly built primary bathroom, our goal was to create the perfect balance of feminine softness and masculine sophistication.

Blush tones bring warmth and elegance, while rich textures, tailored lines, and timeless finishes ground the space with strength and refinement. The result will be a retreat that feels equally inviting, luxurious, and beautifully balanced—designed for both homeowners, without compromising either style.

It’s proof that the most memorable spaces don’t choose one aesthetic over another—they celebrate both.

Walnut interiors… yes, please. 🤎

One of our favorite details in this custom kitchen is opening a cabinet and revealing the warmth and richness of a beautifully crafted walnut interior. It’s an unexpected moment of luxury that makes the entire space feel even more special.

As this kitchen installation continues, it’s incredibly rewarding to watch months of planning come to life. Every detail, every hidden feature, and every “bell and whistle” we envisioned with our clients has been thoughtfully designed, skillfully crafted, and is now becoming a reality.

It’s these intentional details—the ones you see every day and the ones you discover over time—that elevate a kitchen from simply beautiful to truly exceptional.

Our in-home Conceptual Design Meeting is always a client favorite!
This is where the vision begins to take shape. Together, we explore multiple design directions for each space, presenting different “ways in” to help our clients discover what truly resonates—and just as importantly, what doesn’t.
Those insights become the foundation for the next phase: deep design. From there, we thoughtfully layer every detail—from finishes and furnishings to lighting, textiles, and accessories—creating a home that feels beautifully personal and intentionally designed.

Construction is often the phase people look forward to the least—the dust, the endless decisions, and the inevitable delays. But when I walk through a space like this, I see beyond all of that.

I see future holiday gatherings, quiet morning coffees, family celebrations, and the countless memories waiting to be made. Those moments are what keep us moving forward through every challenge of the process.

We’re not quite there yet, but each day brings us closer to enjoying the view—and everything that comes with it.

This window seat is still a work in progress — not quite perfect yet — but that’s the beauty of thoughtful design. Layer by layer, detail by detail, we’re creating a space that feels as good as the view looks.

For years, I’ve driven by these university gates without a second thought—just another college (or so I thought) that we passed in route to market.

But this last time felt different. I took notice. I wrote down the name and mentioned it to our son. I had no expectations, just wanted him to explore.

Our oldest is getting ready to head off to college this fall (😢) and somehow, out of all the places he could land… it’s here. The same place I’ve passed by so many times, now holding a completely new meaning. And I could be happier on so many levels. is no doubt going to become his home away from home and let me tell you — what is beyond those gates is simply incredible.

As a parent, there’s a mix of emotions I don’t think you can fully prepare for—pride, excitement, a little disbelief. Watching him step into this next chapter feels big in all the ways.

And on the business side, it adds something unexpected and incredibly special. Market trips will look a little different now. They’ll still be full of sourcing, meetings, and inspiration—but they’ll also come with the gift of getting to see my kiddo in his new world. 💜 🤗 💜
