There is a very low inventory of homes for all of the buyers....I wish everyone that wanted to find a different home would put theirs on the market and then we would have plenty of homes for all to choose from! Crazy real estate market! The rates are the lowest I have seen in my 36 years. I would like to suggest to any buyer out there to get pre-approved, don't be late on any payments, do not buy anything you do not need, pay down your debt, put your home on the market if you need to sell before buying, and don't switch jobs in the middle of your home search! The competition is so high, the properties are selling so fast, you will want to be in the strongest position you can be. Expect multiple offers and often paying asking price or more. Do not get mad at your realtor.....we wish we had more listings too that we could offer you to buy!! The last condominiums and homes I listed had multiple offers the next day or that week. That is the new normal. Happy house hunting and always pray about your decision!! Real estate is still the best investment in my opinion. Hope and pray all of you and yours are healthy! I know a few people with covid and so far they are the lucky ones that are recovering. Staying positive and praying for our country to find common sense and peace. Allow God to direct your path and your choices will be clear. The real estate market has been affected in a positive way for sellers. We seriously can not keep a listing longer than a few days if it is priced right. We need homes to sell because the interest rates are record low and buyers are ready, willing and able to purchase. Praying for everyone to have health and peace. One of the best bible studies I have done was about Fear. Max Lucado wrote a book titled FEARLESS. It is very encouraging and lets us know how loved we are by God and our faith will see us through all of the worry. Psalm 91 is also a wonderful quick read to help with this fear of the unknown.

Be safe and stay home! The housing market along with all of the other industries will be very busy again.
