A huge CONGRATULATIONS 🎊 to my close personal friends Shawn and Heather on closing on your new home in Executive today. We had a couple bumps in the road, but with great team behind you we were able to get this one done! A MASSIVE shout out to Amanda Ferguson - Mortgage Loan Officer for getting this over the finish line 🏁 - we had to pivot lenders midway through and could NOT have done it without all of her hardwork, Courtland Britt - Realtor - Plum Tree Realty who represented the sellers and was awesome to work with, and Ally Title Agency for another smooth closing.

Congrats to my sellers Toni and Michael for successfully closing on the sale of your country home! Thank you for trusting me with your big move. After their fair share of ohio winters, my sellers decided to cash out and move down south for good 😊 I loved everything about this well maintained home, including the massive double-bay outbuilding and clubhouse in the basement. We went into contract right away, had a little hiccup with the original buyers, but put it right back into contract, as-is, and still over list price! This is why it pays to have someone on your side that can overcome hurdles and get it to the closing table.
