A Seller’s dimmed light 💡: Who you work with truly matters and the truth is, not all Real Estate Agents are the same. My client (seller) had the property listed and in pending status for several months prior to reaching out to me. The previous buyer tried extremely hard in getting her to dropped the price. She was stressed and running out of hope.

After failed negotiations and the listing expired, my Team and I met with her and I put a strategy together. Being the fact that the property was previously listed and the condition was not good, we had to tailor an approach.
