Join us in raising funds for 13-year-old Kellen Downey, who is recovering from brain surgery he underwent back in late January.

As part of the fundraiser, Gretchen Walsh is stepping into the dunk tank this Sunday, July 5th from 3-4 PM. $5 gets you 3 chances to send her under, and every dollar goes toward Kellen’s recovery.

Come support a great cause, and bring your best throw. 🎯💦

Four Decades of Family, Community & Trust

On June 3, 1986, Peggy Parker made a decision that would change her family’s future — and the future of real estate in Chenango County.

Alongside her husband Jerry, she opened Peggy Parker Real Estate, driven by a simple belief: she wanted to be her own boss and build something that mattered.

What started as one woman’s entrepreneurial leap became a cornerstone of the Norwich community — a business built not just on transactions, but on trust, relationships, and an unwavering commitment to the people of Central New York.

If you know anything about the Parker Walsh Team, you know we love showing up for our community. Kevin and Gretchen Walsh recently had a blast talking real estate with some very distant future homebuyers at Perry Browne.

Gretchen shared, “Kevin and I had the best time presenting to the 4th and 5th graders at Perry Browne’s Career Day.

They were kind, curious, and full of really great questions about what Realtors do.

We showed up ready to teach them, but by the end, we were laughing and wondering, ‘Are WE smarter than a fifth grader?’

They reminded us that the best learning happens when you stay curious, ask questions, and believe big things are possible.”

We talk about rates.
We talk about square footage.
We talk about finishes—and yes, those things matter.

But when you think about what you truly love about your home… it’s usually not the finishes.
Whether you’re buying or selling, try to see beyond the specs.

See it for what it is—or what it could become: your home.
