Around September 1st I will have a very large 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment available above Teasers @ 11 South Broad Street. Rent is $800 a month and includes water and trash removal. You will be responsible for your own NYSEG. The apartment is an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. There’s 1 and 1/2 bathrooms one being a master bath off the walk in closet in bedroom. The apartment has central air. Must have 3 references including past landlords and employers. A credit check will be required. You may set up a time to do a walk through (currently occupied).
