Join Kevin Gerow, volunteer at SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) as he presents an overview of SCORE's Roadmap to Business Success Webinar series. Through multiple modules and online courses, SCORE provides a series of steps to help entrepreneurs get their businesses up and running. The talk will address topics such as Business Planning, Funding, Accounting, Insurance and Legal Considerations, Marketing and Staffing. Presentation will be 40-45 minutes with time for Questions & Answers after.
About the presenter: With more than four decades of experience in Finance and Cost Accounting, Kevin brings deep industry expertise rooted in the BioTech and Medical Device sectors. Throughout his career, he has served as a strategic business partner to Manufacturing and Supply Chain leaders, aligning financial insight with operational ex*****on to support growth, scale, and commercialization. Kevin has built and led Cost Accounting functions from the ground up for multiple BioTech organizations preparing to launch their first commercial products. His work has helped establish strong financial foundations during critical transition points from development-stage to revenue-generating enterprises.He brings practical experience, strategic perspective, and a deep understanding of the financial drivers behind successful product commercialization.
